Order Processing Time
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed and then proceed to production. Please note that we are closed on weekends, which may cause slight delays. In cases of high demand for a product, processing time may take longer than 3 business days.
Shipping Time
Delivery times can vary based on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 20-30 business days
- Express Shipping: 7-15 business days
Please remember that these times do not include our processing time and may vary due to local postal service conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and the number of items that you purchase.. You can check the estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page. Typically, standard shipping is $4.99 and express shipping is $16.99.
Tracking Information
Customers can track their orders in the Order Tracking section on the website by entering their order ID and email.
You will receive an email after your order has been shipped containing the package tracking information.
For some shipping companies, tracking information may take 5-7 business days to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated after 5 days of placing your order, please contact us via customer support email for prompt assistance.
Change Of Delivery Address
You have a maximum of 24 hours to update your shipping address. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to change your address.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided during checkout (including the exact apartment number in a building). If you discover any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you in correcting it. Otherwise, we will provide you with the carrier’s phone number to contact them directly for address correction.
One-Way Shipping and Non-Refundable Cases: To minimize shipping costs, we utilize a one-way shipping service. If a package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update indicates “returned to the original sender,” it does not necessarily mean the package has been returned to our warehouse. It may be held at our shipping agency’s storage facility and automatically destroyed. Therefore, please be aware that we are unable to issue a refund for orders in the following situations:
- The package could not be delivered after multiple attempts by the shipper.
- You refuse to accept the package.
- Delivery failure occurs due to any issues with the shipping address you provided.
- You claim that you have not received the package, but the tracking information indicates successful delivery or shows a “delivered” status.
Lost or Missing Packages: In cases of lost or missing packages where we agree to a replacement, we will provide you with the shipping carrier’s information and the tracking number associated with your order for you to monitor its progress.
Delayed Delivery
We guarantee to deliver on time as committed for each shipping method chosen by the customer, but there will be times when delivery is delayed due to:
- Peak seasons, large order volumes, shipping companies having to handle a large number of orders.
- Occasionally, there will be delays due to unexpected impacts such as customs procedures, bad weather, natural disasters, etc.
- We hope for our customers’ understanding. If you need urgent assistance, you can contact our customer care department for support.
Can Orders Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We do not accept delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and fees are not included in the product price and shipping cost. Melontee is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
All orders are made on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, import duties and taxes will not be paid through Melontee. Instead, the carrier will invoice you upon delivery depending on the sales tax laws of the location you are shipping to.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine how much these additional costs will be.
