Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept order cancellations after 24 hours from the time the order was placed. This is because our vendors begin the creation process shortly after receiving your order.
Accepted Cases for Replacements or Refunds
While we strive for perfection with every order, occasional errors can occur. We offer replacements and refunds for orders with mistakes such as:

An item in your order was damaged or broken during the shipping process.

You received the wrong item in your order. This includes items that do not match the description, are the wrong color, or are the wrong size.

Your order was lost during the shipping process and the original shipping address was correct.

Your order was lost during the shipping process and the actual shipping time exceeded the general shipping time frame for the order.
If you are requesting a replacement or refund, please include photo evidence of the product in your order. Depending on the nature of the error, either we or you will cover the cost of the replacement or refund.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Melontee purchase. Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date you received your order. If 10 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it: This means the item should show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Secure Packaging: If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack your item securely in a suitable replacement box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Exceptions:
Promotional Sales: Purchases made during promotional sales are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or returns unless the item has a manufacturer defect.
Refunds Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. We’ll also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days of approval, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account: Ensure the refund hasn’t already been posted.
- Contact your credit card company: It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted by your card issuer.

Shipping Returns
